Planning Commission and Board of Adjustments:

All meetings of the Madison County Planning Commission and Board of Adjustments are held in the Madison County Fiscal Court Room at 135 W Irvine Street, 1st Floor all meetings are held at 5:30PM unless otherwise noted. Doors do not open before 5:15PM. Please refer to this site for upcoming meeting dates. All documentation for meetings will be provided below.

Meeting Archive Search Tips:

In the table below you will see a search bar at the top right. This search bar will search any of the information listed in the table. For example; if you are looking for Board of Adjustments Agendas, Minutes, or Videos from 2023 you can type BOA 2023 in the search box and the list will be filtered down to just Board of Adjustments Meetings in 2023.

Planning Commission Meetings can be filtered by typing PL 2023. You can type in a combination of the information and filter the results. The video links will take you to the video of the meeting hosted on the Madison County YouTube Channel.
