Kirksville Neighborhood Park

Enjoy a day at the Dr. William H. Tudor Kirksville Neighborhood Park, located behind the Kirksville Community Center. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing walk, a family gathering, or a place for children to play, this park offers something for everyone.

Park Hours

Open daily from 9 AM until dusk.

Amenities

• Walking Trail: Enjoy a scenic 1.4-mile walking trail for leisurely strolls and exercise.
• Pavilion: The pavilion is available for gatherings and events, equipped with a grill for your convenience. To rent and reserve the pavilion or areas in the community center, please call: (859) 328-7441, (859) 328-3030, or (859) 328-4521.
• Playground: Our playground is available for children ages 2 and up. Adult supervision is required.
• Restrooms: Convenient restroom facilities are available for park visitors.

Regulations

• No persons are allowed in the park after closing hours.
• Use or possession of alcoholic beverages or drugs is prohibited.
• Open fires are prohibited except in designated grills.
• No pets are allowed in the park. (Exception: Trained personal assistance animals).
• No dumping of residential trash in dumpsters or receptacles.
• No rollerblading, skateboarding, bicycling, or motorized vehicles on the walking trail. (Exception: motorized personal assistance vehicles are permitted).
• Unauthorized vehicles parked in the parking lot after closing time or in “NO PARKING” areas will be towed at the owner’s expense.
• Not responsible for lost of stolen items.
• No yard sales permitted.
• The shelter is available to the public on a “first come first serve” basis. Shelter may be reserved by large groups of 50 or more with proper notification.
• The playground is recommended for use by children ages two and up. Adult supervision is required.
