Madison County has 16 Boards made of community members who serve various terms and are appointed by the Fiscal Court. Madison County also has two appointed positions which are County Treasurer and County Road Supervisor.
You must be a resident of the Commonwealth of Kentucky to make an open records request. Every request must contain a statement indicating how the requestor is a resident of the Commonwealth.
