Madison County Fiscal Court meetings are held at 9:30AM on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Regular meetings are held in the Madison County Fiscal Court Room at 135 W Irvine Street, 1st Floor, Richmond, KY 40475. The first meeting of the odd months will be held at the Berea Police & Municipal Building located at 304 Chestnut Street, Berea KY 40403.
