The Madison County Information Technology Department delivers secure, reliable, and innovative technology services that support County government operations, public safety agencies, and citizen-facing services throughout Madison County.

Our department provides technology and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services to more than 650 users across 23 County departments and agencies operating in 27 facilities throughout Madison County. We are responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance, and security of the County’s enterprise technology infrastructure, ensuring employees have the tools and resources necessary to effectively serve our citizens.
