Madison County Attorney – Staff

The Madison County Attorney’s Office touches the lives of virtually every citizen in Madison County. Our office’s main responsibility is prosecuting criminal cases each year in district court. Under Kentucky law (KRS)

The County Attorney’s office serves as the legal council to the Madison County Fiscal Court. Other duties include paternity and collecting court-ordered child support, representing the Commonwealth in juvenile cases, any neglect and abuse cases. We also assist families with disability guardianship and involuntary mental health treatment for loved ones.
